Dear Valued Clients,

I wanted to take a moment to reach out personally, as I realized that in my recent newsletter, I didn’t fully explain the reasons behind our rebrand and price adjustments. Given the strong connection we’ve built over the years—both as your esthetician and skincare confidante—I feel it’s important for you to understand the changes we’re making.

For many years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside my mother, Gale Roberts, in creating this product line. Her genuine care for each client and commitment to using only the highest quality ingredients has always been at the heart of our unique formulations, which remain special to this day. We built this brand based on the needs of our clients, and the remarkable results we’ve seen over the years are a true testament to that. When I look at your skin and see how beautifully many of you have aged over the past twenty years, it fills me with pride. You are the reason I continue this work.

Many of you have shared how essential Corrective Skin products are to your routine, and I completely understand. However, in recent years, the cost of manufacturing has risen dramatically, making it increasingly difficult for small businesses like mine to survive. When I took over the website and product line from my mother 2.5 years ago, I knew that significant changes would be necessary to keep Corrective Skin alive and thriving.

This rebrand represents one of those changes. Corrective Skin is growing, and as we scale to meet larger demand, we’re moving into corporate-level production and distribution to ensure that our products continue to reach your door with the same care and quality. As CEO, I want to be transparent in sharing that this growth requires substantial investment, which includes investors and shareholders. While this transition is a big leap and at times overwhelming, I am confident that our products will continue to stand out in a crowded market because, at our core, we deeply care about our clients.

I understand that the new pricing may be an adjustment for some of you, but after extensive market research, we’ve found that our products—considering their high performance as cosmeceuticals—have been underpriced for some time. To ease this transition, we will be introducing a subscription model on our new website, which will provide ongoing discounts and allow you the flexibility to customize and control your product deliveries, adjusting them as needed.

The new website, featuring the rebranded top five bestsellers, will launch on November 1st. The existing site will transition to the new URL: www.csproductshop.com, so please save this link.

I hope this message brings clarity and understanding regarding the changes we’re making. While I would love to keep prices the same for our loyal clients, these adjustments are necessary to ensure the longevity of the brand. I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you. Whether we’ve met in person or not, your loyalty and support mean the world to me. When I see your names on orders, it reminds me of the community we’ve built, and that is something I cherish.
